About our founder
Jacob F. Ball, is the founder of neXgen Inspire and he is on a mission to make the world a better place.
Jacob earned a degree in Mechatronic Engineering and spent most of his corporate career developing Automated Robotic Systems for the industrial manufacturing sector, later he transitioned into Technical Sales. In parallel with his corporate accomplishments, fueled by his desire for success and deep passion for Business and Product Development, he successfully ventured into creating eCommerce businesses and brands.
His journey did not begin with privilege or ease however, he is deeply grateful to have been born in the United States, a country where vision, hard work, and determination can turn dreams into reality. As Jacob says, “We don’t choose how our journey begins, but we have the power to shape how it ends.”
Jacob’s life has been enriched by invaluable lessons from diverse experiences, remarkable mentors, transformative books, and the highs and lows that come with pursuing greatness. Today, he is dedicated to sharing these insights in a modern format that inspires and empowers others to grow and succeed.

neXgen Inspire was founded with a deeply personal mission. Our founder grew up in an underprivileged situation and understands the challenges many youth face. Having achieved success against the odds, he knows firsthand the importance of having positive role models and opportunities. Many young people don’t realize what they can achieve because they’ve never seen examples of success, they are often surrounded by negative influences that lead to harmful choices, affecting themselves, their families, and society. neXgen Inspire is committed to breaking this cycle by providing leadership, mentorship, and opportunities that empower youth to envision and achieve a brighter future.
